Mr. Viso is a founding partner of Bluehenge. Mr. Viso joined Stonehenge Capital Company (also a Bluehenge predecessor) in 2000 and is responsible for originating capital investments in the Gulf South. Mr. Viso splits his time between our Dallas and Baton Rouge offices, from where he directs the firm’s energy investment activities and Southeast regional investment strategy. Mr. Viso has 25 years of banking and investment experience, most recently with AmSouth Bank and previously, as a senior lender in the Energy Services lending group at First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans, where he and Mr. Kocen began working together.
Mr. Viso’s career began at Bank One in Dallas, Texas, where he underwent formal credit training and was hired into that bank’s Commercial Banking Group in 1990. Mr. Viso’s bank portfolios consisted primarily of industrial and energy services concerns, ranging in sizes of up to 500 employees. He is a founding board member of the Louisiana chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (www.acg.org). He graduated with a BS in Finance and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
