Bluehenge Capital Partners Invests in Arcane Plastics, LLC
Baton Rouge, La. – Bluehenge Capital Partners is excited to announce its investment in Arcane Plastics, LLC (“Arcane”). Arcane is an injection molded plastics manufacturer based in northwest Arkansas with operations dating back to the late 1980s.
Bluehenge’s investment contributed to the acquisition of PolyTech Plastic Molding, a custom injected molded plastics manufacturer in Prairie Grove, AR.
The acquisition was strategic in nature as PolyTech’s assets, operations, and customer base are complementary to Arcane’s existing business.
“The Arcane management team is data driven and motivated. They have relevant experience and skills necessary to drive value in consolidating and integrating complementary businesses,” said Albert Alexander who, along with Sean Martin, led Bluehenge’s investment team on this transaction.
Arcane believes the acquisition and its partnership with Bluehenge provides itself with the ability to create an unparalleled platform to accelerate growth.
“From the onset, Bluehenge leadership showed themselves to be incredibly well-versed in our business with a deep understanding of operations.
They were willing and able to move quickly on the transaction, and we view Bluehenge as a true partner,” said Arcane CEO and Managing Partner Michael Hickmon.
