Bluehenge Announces Investment in TEBCO

Bluehenge Capital Partners (“Bluehenge”) is pleased to announce its investment in TEBCO of Kentucky, Inc. (“TEBCO” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of custom truck bodies, distributor of truck equipment and provider of related upfitting solutions. Headquartered in Clay City, Kentucky, TEBCO serves municipal, commercial and dealer customers throughout the Eastern United States.

Bluehenge provided debt and equity capital to support Foundation Investment Partners’ investment in TEBCO and the continued growth of its truck equipment platform. The investment was made through Bluehenge Capital SBIC II and Bluehenge Capital SBIC III, marking the inaugural investment from Fund III, and was completed alongside Brookside Capital Fund V SBIC, L.P. and Gemini Fund VIII.

Bluehenge recognized TEBCO as an attractive investment opportunity due to its strong reputation for quality and customer service, experienced leadership team, diversified customer base and long-standing relationships across its core markets. The investment will support TEBCO as it enters its next phase of growth and continues expanding its capabilities and geographic reach.
