Welcome O’Neal Lochridge to Bluehenge Capital Partners

We’re excited to welcome O’Neal Lochridge to Bluehenge Capital Partners as an associate.

O’Neal joins Bluehenge with a strong foundation in finance, a sharp execution mindset and the kind of drive that shows up in every environment he’s been part of, from transaction work to operating leadership. 

Before joining the firm, O’Neal gained experience in investment banking, supporting business owners and deal teams through key moments in the M&A process. He’s also worked in a hands-on operating role, helping build commercial strategy and supporting growth initiatives, an experience that aligns well with Bluehenge’s practical, partnership-first approach. 

O’Neal earned his MBA from Boston College and holds a business degree from the University of Louisiana. He also competed as a collegiate baseball player, an experience that shaped the discipline, teamwork and competitiveness he brings to the table. 

At Bluehenge, O’Neal will support the team across deal execution, diligence and portfolio work as we continue partnering with exceptional management teams and building enduring businesses.
