Bluehenge Capital Partners Announces Investment in Iberville Companies

Bluehenge Capital Partners is pleased to announce its recently closed investment in Iberville Companies, LLC.  This was the first investment made by Bluehenge’s newest fund, Bluehenge Capital SBIC II, LP.  Founded in 1981 and based in Baton Rouge, LA, Iberville is a leading provider of industrial insulation and related specialty contracting services throughout the U.S. 

Bluehenge provided subordinated debt to support a management-led buyout and recapitalization of the company.  First Horizon Bank’s Baton Rouge team provided senior debt financing for the transaction. With the existing management team intact, Iberville is prepared to exploit organic growth opportunities while continuing to service existing clientele.
